We keep personal data only for as long as we really need it:

  • Booking and travel data: up to 10 years (for insurance, accounting, and legal reasons).
  • Health and emergency data: only during the program and for a short period after, if legally required.
  • Photos and media: until consent is withdrawn.

After that, we delete or anonymize the data safely.
